ngl considering the effort they already put into this series, they didn't get ol' Rose to guide Dan on how to fillet or even just let him watch a youtube video on how to fillet so that he doesn't get blindsided

Chef Yuji's rice burger and especially the kakiage was so clever. Great way to get texture and extend a smaller portion of salmon.
