    舀浮沫再撈起洗?多此一舉!鷄精不要加,用冰水泡過更軟Q,我們放冰箱冷凍三小時後更佳;你根本也是炒糖色,只是加番茄醬!

    最后加盐,盐味根本入不到猪脚里。这个猪脚肯定是偏甜的。喜欢甜味的地区可能还行,偏咸辣口的地区肯定不爱吃这个做法
