  • I literally can not get over how good my male rabbit is, he has free roam of the entire house and he never leaves poop or spray anywhere, and only has one litter box in his favorite corner...now if only I could get him to stop thinking he owns my house...lol...just kidding He is the man of the house....he rubs his chin on everything ...I bring in groceries' he comes right in there and chins the bags...if he could bark at the door no one would know this isn't a lil dog...lmfao

Getting a bunny soon!! I already contacted the rescue and they put her on a hold for me! After six glorious years of watching Lennon the Bunny, I'M ACTUALLY GETTING A BUNNY! I hope the hopsretail litterbox comes out soon 😭💕

Three days after my bunny moved in with me he chose to do his business in my beautiful couch from the 1940s 😅 I gently pushed him down, and he looked at me like I was totally stupid and jumped back up. I knew I had no chance, so the litter box has been there ever since. But it’s worth it ♥️
  • One addition to your "don't clean every day" sage advice.... when you clean up an errant pee spot (that was done outside the litter box), soak up the bulk of it on a paper towel or natural fiber rag and drop that soaked rag in their litter box. It helps them get the idea. The follow-up cloth that also contains the soap you used for the final cleaning goes in the garbage or laundry as usual.

Also it is very important to have a larger litter box. The ones in the pet store are to small. I bought larger litter boxes and that fixed the problem.

Lennon is an adorable 🐰 bunny! Our bunny 🐰 likes to dig in the middle of his litter box, eating, and sometimes even sitting, and sleeping in his box! We just add more hay, when needed! I only do a weekly cleaning and spot cleaning when needed! Have a great Sunday, Lennon the Bunny 🐰 🐇 😀! Bunnies 🐰 RULE!

THANK YOU ONCE MORE LORELEI . ❤❤❤❤❤ I appreciate all the hard work you do for rabbits and their owners😊

Wow. I did not realize I shouldn’t be cleaning CocoPuffs litter box daily…. I don’t disinfect it…but I do change the litter and hay every day. She really isn’t marking anywhere…just a stray pellet here and there. Maybe I’ll clean the litter box every other day….and I’ll increase the hay too. Thank you SO MUCH for all the helpful information you share with us Bun Parents ♥♥♥
  • Thank you! I am a new bunny owner and your channel helps so much. You are making a difference in my life.

One thing some people don't get is that their poop is really not that dirty. It's basically compressed, dry balls of hay that have gone all the way through their GI tract and had everything nutritional sucked out of it. If it's not super gross to have bits of hay on the ground, it's also not super gross if their little dry poops are on the ground lol. I keep a hand vac in the general vicinity of where my bunnies are and use it to keep the area relatively clean, but it's never perfect. Even when I get it perfect, they then just ruin it lol so there's no point in trying. It does not smell. Only their urine smells like anything, and even that is not so bad if you are feeding them a good diet and using quality litter that absorbs it really well. On the other hand, if you're having trouble with urine, that's a bit more problematic than the poop. I have tried a bunch of different products, from plain white vinegar to store bought pet sprays. The best product I've ever found for rabbit urine that will completely get it up, even out of white carpet and quilts/bedding is Biokleen carpet stain and odor remover. That was recommended as a good enzymatic cleaner on the Maker's clean channel, and it's the best I've used to date (I've tried a bunch). The bunnies tend not to go in that spot again after I use it, too. Mine don't really pee outside the litter box any more, but sometimes they can have a bit of urine on their paws still when they hop out, so it comes in handy then :P.

No Lorelei 😭 don’t film in front of that mirror. I keep thinking your bun is a ghost or something creepy is gonna show up
  • @hxrmi0ne_
Personally, I don’t like putting spayed/neutered into the word “fixed” because it makes me feel like something is wrong with your rabbit and you have to fix it, when it reality your bunny is fine it just should be spayed/neutered for it to live a better and healthier life
  • @lizapiper190
I wish I still had my bunny but she passed away due to cancer 😢
  • I don't even have a bunny found you through Sloan and I love your videos so far it's fun learning about animals

I clicked on this video so fast haha Thank you!! <3
  • Thank you so much for the video!! I actually laughed out loud when you were like "Rabbits will spend an hour in their litter box if needed. It's like a girl plucking her eyebrows and grooming herself and doing all of her rituals in stuff" lol. Love your videos!
  • Unfortunately in Canada.... or at least in my area prices went from $300++ a few years ago by a vet that is considered an exotic animals vet... but now they are $650- $725 per rabbit... thankfully I found a vet that was wonderful enough to do it for $400 per rabbit... and that is for males only.... those top prices are even more for females... I became a go to for discarded bunnies. I ended up with a lot of buns and a few pregnant ones.. my 3 males I have now are fixed and wonderful. 💖thank you for your channel.
