  • You are in my country, Italy, I know this place. The owner was an entrepreneur in various fields, sadly passed away. There is a wife with a child or more children and there is some problem with the inheritance.

Even if the surviving family couldn't think about selling the home, you would think they would take the artwork. I love these mysterious abandon homes.

There's a part of me that loves watching videos like this, but another part hates seeing all the beauty just left to rot away. So many people would love to have saved so many pieces within these homes along with the property itself. It's such a shame that it wasn't passed on to someone who would keep it up and preserve it. Even if it wasn't a place suitable to rehab I'd love to see people salvage what they can from them rather than just letting it get destroyed. So many places have beautiful woodwork, mantles and other hand crafted accents that just aren't made anymore and should be salvaged whenever possible. Just my opinion though. It just makes me sad to see so much waste.
  • The fact that there was a burglar gate on the basement door tells me that the wine cellar is/was worth a lot of money. You also would want to keep the kids and locals out of it while you were gone.

These house's make me sad. So many questions unanswered. Love you all be safe. Love to Marky. From an old grandma from Indiana USA.
  • @None-gi2oe
I love how respectful you are of their things. Each video you always put items back where they were. Keep doing you man. Great explores.
  • The metal gate to the cellar is to lock up to stop people from taking the wine
  • Gorgeous intro. If I designed my dream house, this would be it. I love every room design, all the materials, everything. The studio, window frames, ceiling height, wall thickness, doors, stairs, colors, style, fabrics, art, books - it feels so comfy and livable. I would move in today haha dang it and it just sits there...so surreal!

This has the feel of a vacation home, but the kennels, big compound, and amount of boxes and wine downstairs gives me the bed and breakfast vibes too. Love the format of these videos. You really do give the former occupants life, respect, and consideration.

Abandoned houses that still have stuff inside them always make me uneasy. I understand when the owners were very old, descendants probably didn't want to deal with the house or the stuff inside, or they were too far away and couldn't travel to do inventory. But houses where there were young people and children that look like they just stepped out to go grocery shopping and then just never came back is so unnerving. Did they have relatives? What happened? So many questions and no answers.
  • Beautiful home. I'm amazed how clean it is. Most abandoned homes are covered in dust and far more deteriorated. Thank for being so respectful.
  • You seem to be able to find places like this in Europe much more then you would in other parts of the world. Maybe the families still own these places but don't have the heart to part with them. Half the time the places are not vandalized though you can tell they have been gone through by visitors. This was by far one of the coolest places you guys have toured! Thanks for the ride!
  • Love this video. I can't imagine leaving stuff behind and walking away from it all, especially all the pictures. That is the one thing I would take with me. Much love and be safe.
  • @wideawake8415
I can't believe family members would just abandon all those belongings. The wine alone is worth a few million. The furniture is gorgeous.
  • @Sharon-marie
I would love that house I can just picture it on a hot summers day outside and all the house clean polished and gleaming
  • When you find potential valuable things like the wine cellar and all the art work in a place like this, do you ever anonymously report your finds location to authorities in the hopes of protecting it????
  • @Storiesbykim
Omg these views are amazing. I hope you are taking time for yourself Dave Please. The house is beautiful, a gorgeous gem. It really feels weird, like they will be back as so much stuff still in the rooms. Trouble is that it's been abandoned for so long.
  • @MeditatenRelax
I love your videos. Wear gloves and mask when entering these homes. Remember pray when entering and leaving. Keep up the good work ❤
