I just realized that in "Red Like Roses pt2" the first half is Ruby finding out her mother died and dealing with the grief, and the second half is Summer (Ruby's mother) expressing her sorrow at having died. In addition to this, Summer already knew the main problem with Salem: "I don't want you to waste your live in vain," and wanted Ruby to live her own life, not try to follow in her own footsteps.

Okay I don't know why but this feels like it has bigger impact than the other "Red like roses 1&2" videos... I got to research this.

I normally watch lyric videos to help me preform them correctly and this did that, but it also made me realize that part 2 most specifically is ruby and her mother conversing, for lack of a better term

Part 2 makes me cry everytime I listen it and the parts that Ruby and her Mom start singing back to each other that one part that Ruby and her Mom sing together it's like there talking to each other and arguing like just thinking about it makes me wanna cry in a good way

Honestly part1 reminded me about team RWBY it rlly describes ruby as red . Weiss ( a royal test ). Black ( shadows ) and yang burning gold as in armed and ready “I am the golden one, who burns just like the sun”

The really shows Jeffs skill with a guitar.(jeff as in jeff william the writer of the songs player of guitar father of the female singer and he even sings in some songs)

I only just became aware of RWBY and this song immediately following my Mom passing away.. it speaks to the situation, and it screams for retaliation.
