The Jaguars’ “Stadium of the Future” took a big step forward Tuesday night when the Jacksonville City Council voted in favor of a plan to spend $10 million to get started on the stadium’s construction design and engineering services.

  • There is a 100% chance the stadium deal ultimately fails. It doesn’t matter how much wasted money they throw at “studies”. It’s completely unfeasible for the tiny market the Jags play in economically support it. By 2028, they WILL move to another city. Mark my words. So everyone better enjoy the next 4 seasons of lower to midpoint NFL power rankings while you still can.
