Idk about other sites' registries or wish lists...but on Amazon I believe address is confidential. You have a link to shop their list (I've seen it done w/ random teachers, fav Youtubers etc post it) & only Amazon (for instance) knows. You just buy items as a friend, fan, etc, can leave a note, Amazon does the rest. Just throwing it out there as an FYI.

If you buy baby clothes get6 to 9 months because my daughter just had a baby and she’s 4 months old and the 3 to 6 months are to small already. And we tried so many different kinds of bottles and the ones that worked best were tommy tippy 0 nipples. They have 0 1 2. But it’s annoying cute clothes she never got to wear. Congratulations again!
