Arrived in this condition yesterday.

You can get a "great deal" for a low price - it looks like they're reselling damaged/repaired (more or less) units and this is why you're getting such a "great deal".

Conclusion?
After waiting for more than a month to receive my product, it arrived broken, not by transportation but by factory. I cannot even fix it since it's all integrated and cannot remove to replace the thumbstick unless I'm breaking the handle to pieces.

I'll never buy again from TomTop.
