For the first meme, it’s quite simple. The burger has a lot of carbohydrates in the buns which have your body create insulin which both blocks your ability to feel full, and stops you from burning your fat. The bacon on the other hand, has no carbohydrates and can be rich in fat, which has been proven to keep you full for much longer. If you want to tell me that the fda (I think) suggest a high carb diet, I ask you where’s the proof that works? Also, something else that’s kind of random, saturated fats are a lot healthier than people think, in fact there was a study recently published, after the study concluded like 30 years ago where they were trying to prove saturated fats were less healthy than whatever things like margarine are made of and that those lower heart disease, and they found that: saturated fats do raise cholesterol but do not raise the chance of heart disease whereas the patients (this study is now considered unethical due to forced diets in a mental asylum) that had the low saturated fat/low fat diet had a higher risk of heart disease, and gained more weight while the high fat diet stayed relatively the same weight.
