Milestones:
At 100 clicks: Hold mouse/touchpad
At 1,000 Super Click no hold
At 10,000: Ultra click no hold
At 100,000: Ultra Click with hold
At 1,000,000: Prestige
At 50,000,000: Prestige 2 (Maximum is 2)
