I can't draw cats. Advice?

I try, but I pretty much always fail. I've taken the advice of the "practice, practice, practice" method, but it isn't working for me. This is actually one of my better cat drawings, and you really don't want to see my others XD (The reason I only drew the head is because the body always ends up looking like a wolf's/horse's) Do you guys have any advice other than to practice? I appreciate positive criticism!
