-Thunder- (ORIGINAL MEME)

This took me forever and I'm so happy with how it turned out and I'm very proud of the coding.
Anywho, hope you guys like it! It's my first original meme I've made in at least two years. I put a lot of thought into this in fact.
I decided I would combine a coded meme with a little animation (and if someone feels to tired/lazy/busy to do the run cycle they can do a drawing instead) I used a random OC I just thought up so I wouldn't feel like someone is stealing a character close to my heart if they recolor. (YES, THIS MEANS RECOLORS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME) I also decided to go all out on the coding. I don't think I've worked so hard on a project in a really long time.

I am incredibly sorry if I take a while to respond to your comment, I honestly don't know how to handle such nice complements about the project.
