Meet Seekyu Dee, the captain of the cruise ship MS Esso Hess. Esso Line has sent him, his passengers, and his ship to the tropical destination of Paleogeo, but as they pull into port, he accidentally rips the propeller lever off.
With only the steering controls left to guide him, he has to avoid other ships and crash into buoys to lose momentum.
