Filmed by noted architect/filmmaker Peter Chermayeff in a wildlife sanctuary in northern Tanzania, this production offers an impressionistic view of rhinoceros behavior in the animal's natural habitat. Peter Chermayeff’s vision was to portray African wildlife without narration. He ran into heavy objections from EB’s upper management, but backed by producer Milan Herzog, won the argument.
