Hillsborough Schools makes the health and well-being of our students a top priority —and now more than ever during these challenging times. That’s why every day for the month of May, we will be providing resources, support, tips, and strategies for Mental Health on our social media platforms in honor of #MentalHealthAwarnessMonth.

All schools have student services staff members, school counselors, school health services personnel, school psychologists and school social workers. These individuals are trained mental health professionals who want to provide an environment where students can thrive. Find a trusted adult and always remember you don’t have to struggle in silence. Let’s lower the stigma together!
