“When Mikey walked into the studio with Ryan at 11:00am on a Tuesday, I honestly had no idea what to expect - my boss Steve had told me he was wicked talented, but other than that I had no idea what was in store for us here at Focus. As soon as Mikey & Ryan started to soundcheck, I was blown away - they were somehow able to make every song sound so melodic and inviting but also hard and gritty and passionate. Each song in their set made me feel so deeply.
