On the ocasions I do upload I aim for around 11:00 am cst. This gets the video out around lunch time in most of the us, around 6pm in most of europe (a good time to sit down and watch tv), and at 5am in the more inhabited parts of austrailia. (Early tv time for early risers.) Beyond the specific time of day this is likley to remain unschedualed until I have enough subs to justify regular videos.
