In my experience no one will give you the whole truth. Therefore it is wise to seek info from many sources and use your own discernment. However, seeking info from the external, physical world is just one of the ways to find things out. Your body is a temple and if you treat it well you will develop the ability to look inward and gain access to infinite wisdom and truth. It may seem as though we are living in a chaotic world but ultimately chaos is an illusion which doesn't actually exist in reality. We are all capable of increasing our awareness and developing greater insight.
