My name is Christine & my husbands name is John, we are a dynamic energy husband & wife team and have had an enduring lifelong passion for fitness & health but more importantly a passion for helping people young and old with issues related to weight loss, anti aging, diet, proper exercise technique etc.

I am 60 years old, John is 65. We love to feel good about ourselves from the INSIDE out and have helped many people by giving simple UNCOMPLICATED information on how to look & feel the best that you can. This whole "weight loss" or getting into shape issue that so many people of all ages continually struggle with is actually so very simple. Our goal is to make getting and staying in shape simple for you to understand.
