most importantly what is at the heart and bedrock of all the subjects I cover, is mental health...My journey with my own struggles and triumphs with mental health...as mental health is something that affects us all...no matter your age or social status...

I long to live in a world where there is no stigma felt or expressed towards expressing one's feelings...no fear of talking about depression or anxiety...if these video's can help in some way to eradicating stigma..and help others feel comfortable with their mental health...thats what counts...that's what matters.
