Annabelle Echo describes herself as: Annabelle Echo exists in a universe where intergalactic travel and extraterrestrial abduction is commonplace. Little is known about her although rumors have been floating around that she is from the Ooort Cloud Galaxy. She originally fell to Earth to create an unofficial renegade faction of the Emergency Broadcast System.
