I'm Jack Spatchcock, and my "quasi-magical anthropomorphic 110% sentient home-built non-functional obsolete electric pizza oven that is definitely real and not just a hopped up on ADHD prescription stimulant medication induced and / or schizophrenic delusion which was brought to life during an alleged ether-soaked-rag-centric chemistry experiment in my fiancee's kitchen gone horribly haywire" named Jacqueline, and I make thinly veiled cooking videos using unnecessary and superfluous amounts of exorbitantly expensive scientific equipment, a stunning lack of personal focus, and definitely sus' but tasty recipes for fun and profit!

I've watched SEVERAL LOTS OF HUNDRED DOZENS of cooking shows all over YouTube, so pffft to formal training, skill or experience.... Let's cook!!
