I created Now Spinning Magazine to be a safe space—a place where music fans can come together without the drama. Here, you won’t find clickbait or harsh critiques. There’s no “10 Albums That Suck” or “Worst to Best” rankings. Instead, it’s like meeting friends at the pub for a chat about music, filled with respect, kindness, and a genuine love for the subject.

I can’t be passionate about being negative, so if it’s not my thing, I simply won’t talk about it.

I used to love getting the music papers on a Wednesday—Sounds, Melody Maker, and NME. Meeting my friends after work for a couple of beers and talking about the latest music we’d heard, read about, or seen live was a ritual.
