Maree runs a micro-bakery selling supplying organic sourdough bread to the local community in Trafalgar Vic. Sourdough bread making and home milling classes as well as community education sessions are also available. Maree is a passionate wholegrain food & sustainable living advocate who mills most of the flour used in her breads. Fermenter of food and grower of fruit, vegetables and bush tucker.
