A survivor of childhood parental narcissistic abuse, Kat is an artist, dancer, humorist, and writer. She has unorthodox perspectives, providing improvisational commentary in a comedic style, and uplifting compilations for RECOVERY. “If I weren’t laughing I’d be crying,” Kat has stated when reflecting on her past, “But it’s all good.”
