WELCOME! My name is Luke Hains. I am 22 years old, a former division II soccer player, and I have my B.S. in Biology with a minor in Nutrition. Ever since I was younger, fitness has always been a massive part of my life. My youngest brother Levi was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. As he aged and became non-ambulatory, I quickly realized how fortunate I was to wake up every day and push my body to the limits physically and mentally. My goal is to educate and inspire others so that we can all live our lives to the fullest.
