I've also been interesting in personal finance every since I've wanted braces when I was in middle school. Because my family couldn't afford it, I went and got myself a job at the age of 14, and then saved $5,000 to finally improve my smile.

I've gotten interested in self-improvement because I never wanted to be one of those people who "peak" early in their life. I always want to prove that I am a better person than I was yesterday. I wouldn't say that I am "gifted." But if I am interested in something, I am determined to go after it, learn to improve, and give it my best shot.
