I make politically charged comments about MY country. Posters who are not even from here call us Americans "traitors" and anonymously complain about foreign influence! The Information Barons can tell us where posters are coming from, either with an icon next to each post or at least with a note on each individual's channel page, but apparently they are more interested in promoting illusion than in combating "influence/interference".

I feel uneasy about bashing our own on these worldwide public forums, but if it were up to me we would know who is and isn't from here so we would know whose concern is genuine versus who is representing some unknown country.
