I'm a mom of 3 adult children, including a son with Aspergers. He and I have learned & grown a lot over the years. I like encouraging others to overcome challenges with hope & joy. It hasn't been an easy road, but we are overcoming challenges as a strong family unit. My husband, the children's Father & my best friend passed away a few years ago. This has shaken us, but not destroyed us. I want to help others in their grief as well. I have a faith in Jesus that keeps me grounded, but that faith has been challenged too. I'm so glad that God isn't thrown off by my questions. In fact the questions when asked in order to grow are healthy.

I started a journey of healthy living many years ago. I've done much research, using myself as a test subject. I started a carnivore way of life as a result last August so that will be a large part of my channel. I need support & so do you to navigate healthcare professionals & being our own best advocates.
