Join us on a journey across Northern Ontario as we discover the creativity and resourcefulness of northern farmers, the diversity of food that is grown and raised in the region, and get inspired by new ways to cook with fresh, local ingredients. Along the way you'll see what makes the north unique - vast forests, abundant lakes, wild harvested food, endless outdoor experiences, and rural communities.

Your ambassador on this journey is chef Craig Young. Craig is trained in French cuisine, but pairs both the simple home cooked feel of camp food with Michelin star quality twists in his cooking. Craig will travel to Northern Ontario destinations, visit with local farmers, explore the landscape, culture and history of different regions, and partner with local Chefs to create unique meals for the ultimate farm to table experience.
