I'm learning to play golf again after 7 years of being unable to hold a club. I'm nothing special on the golf course, but I'm trying to improve.

7 years ago I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis after developing pain in my left foot. It quickly spread to most parts of my body including my sternum and back which made breathing painful.

I was unable to do much exercise during that time and gained a lot of weight (partly due to drugs I was taking). In the last six months I've changed medication and have been able to grip a club again.

If anyone's interested I'm happy to talk about my treatment history, what worked and what didn't, and I'd love some tips to improve my swing. My aim is to drive 300 yards for the first time in nearly a decade.
