Hi , Im Deepak Kumar 22yrs old , I have 4 years of experience in fiitness and I have transformed from being a fat faced all type of bully in school days to a guy with visible 4pack abs with a lot of trial and error method, gaining knowledge only through youtube.

As I was not guided by any trainers it took me 4 years to get this body , its too slow. But under right guidance I can make you transform to where Iam now within a year. It took me 1 year to reduce my excess fat weight anything... And it took me 2.5 to 3 years to build reasonable amount of muscle.

Its not about the physical exercise (workouts) you do in gym you can easily learn it, its all about what you do outside the gym.
And most of the gyms will send you a common diet plan which will be very basic and wont even work on your body.

I started this channel to create a fit community and come on guys lets share our knowledge here !
