Federal money to build a new bridge? Wtf isn’t that ships owner’s insurance paying for a new bridge?
  • @Aaron-tq8ix
The fact that they don’t talk about the person driving the boat
  • @JimsCorner
Why will they have to rebuild with federal money? Shouldn't the ship's insurance company pick up the tab for reconstruction?

Six dead.. but let's talk about how slow things are now..
  • This was no accident! Why do the American people have to pay for it? The shipping companies have insurance for a reason!

Why Federal money. What about the ship that hit the bridge. Where's it's insurance liability? Why do the tax payers have to pay for this?

We can not transport hazmat cargo in the tunnels. We had to use bridge.

I’m not convinced that it was a “mechanical failure “…..just saying… prayers out for the families 🙌

Those of us in West Seattle feel your pain. Our single bridge closed a few days after the lock down. The alternative added 10 miles to the nearest way out.
  • I think they did that on purpose because they was talking about that bridge earlier this year now all of a sudden a boat hit it in the right spot to take it down. Something fishy going on
