Darkness will bind them. The Rings Of Power returns August 29 on Prime Video.

About The Rings of Power Season 2: Sauron has returned. Cast out by Galadriel, without army or ally, the rising Dark Lord must now rely on his own cunning to rebuild his strength and oversee the creation of the Rings of Power, which will allow him to bind all the peoples of Middle-earth to his sinister will. Building on Season 1’s epic scope and ambition, Season 2 of Amazon’s The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power plunges even its most beloved and vulnerable characters into a rising tide of darkness, challenging each to find their place in a world that is increasingly on the brink of calamity. Elves and dwarves, orcs and men, wizards and Harfoots… as friendships are strained and kingdoms begin to fracture, the forces of good will struggle ever more valiantly to hold on to what matters to them most of all… each other.

"But they were all of them deceived, for another wig was made..."
  • @Vetaul
If anyone wonders how tornadoes are formed, they come from Tolkien turning in his grave at the rate of 5 billion RPM
  • @silusnode
Gandalf, the enemy is moving. Sauron's barbers are massing in the East; his wig is fixed on Rivendell. And Saruman, you tell me, has betrayed us. Our list of salons grows thin.
  • @BMG_Giving
Galadriel: No man can fool me. Sauron: puts on wig* I am no man.
  • @Dexidoodle
One wig to rule them all. One wig to hide him. One wig to fool them all. And now they can not find him.

"Do not pity the dead Frodo, pity the living and above all those who live without wigs"

Tolkien rolling in his grave could be used as a new form of green energy
  • @SteFFXIII
Elves: "Oh no, Halbrand is actually Sauron!" Halbrand: puts on wig and pointy ears Elves: "Where did he go? Must've been the wind..."

Before this comment section shuts down, I just need all of you to collectively know: you've made me laugh so hard I pulled a muscle in my lower back, and have added 50 years to my life. Thank you

And into this wig he poured his cruelty, his malice, and his will to dominate all hairlines.
  • @mrsteel2725
“We’ve had one wig yes, what about a second wig?” “I dont think he knows about second wigs Pip” “What about hairpieces? toupees? hair extensions? weaves? Perukes? He knows about them, doesn’t he?” “I wouldn’t count on it”
  • @skroowi8105
"It's going to be hard to fool the elves twice isn't it?" "Super easy, barely an inconvenience!"
  • @recapnerd2657
I’m still convinced that this show is a gigantic money laundering scheme
  • @TessaMullen
Not Sauron putting on his wig: "Nobody's gonna know." "They're gonna know." "How would they know?"

  • Gandalf: “YOUUUUU shall not Paaass!!!” Balrog: *puts on wig Gandalf: “Oh, my apologies. You may pass”

“A day may come when the hairline of men fails… But it is not this day! This day we FINASTERIDE!!”

It's funny how this trailer barely shows the characters people dislike, while it starts with Durin, one of the characters people actually liked. Nori got one scene, and even then, we only see a shadow of her. Bronwyn and Miriel have no scenes at all, if I'm not mistaken. They try everything to make us like the trailer.
